My mom recently remarked that I have a lot of purses, and I suppose I do. But when I can make them myself, or buy them on sale, I am not too worried about it.

Triangle Prayer Shawl
This fuzzy shawl was quick, made in one day. When I finally figured out the pattern, it was easy. I had to restart it too many times to count, but I think it was worth the hassle.
Bunny Hat and Sweater
This pattern was from the Crochet-a-day calendar I got a couple years ago. It was originally made with white, yellow, and blue, but I wanted to use shades of pink. What colors would you use?

Valentine Prayer Shawl
I designed this from a one color scarf pattern. I like how the colors worked together, and I think I am beginning to understand a little about what a painter does when painting a picture.

Icy Ocean
Snowbound again, I was inspired by a beaded bracelet made previously, and I decided to make a necklace to match. The colors reminded me of the ocean and one of the seed bead colors listed is Icy Blue, hence the name.

Snow Day Project
A friend's daughter just had a baby last week. I had been thinking of making a sweater with the last of my Big Lots yarn, and today was a perfect day to do this. It is so warm and fuzzy. I hope she likes it!
Ruffled Baby Sweater.
More crocheting. This time for the local mission "Kids Clothes Closet," where children can get brand new clothes if their parents can't afford them. Most of these kids get hand-me-downs, or used items, so having something brand new would be very special for them.
