It has been a while since I made something for myself. I tried to knit a shawl, but I didn't like how it was turning out, so I took it out and designed a crocheted shawl instead. The yarn was another bargain I got at Big Lots for a dollar a skein, and it only took three skeins. It was a unique yarn, with about three strands of different colors that made an interesting blend. I unraveled the strands for the fringe. It looks blue in natural light, but the picture doesn't show its natural color. The funny thing is, it has been in the 70-80's this week, so I haven't really had an opportunity to wear it much.

It's awesome! I just learned how to crochet about a month ago and just finished my first baby quilt. I have no idea why I never took up crocheting years ago, I love it and can't put it down now! You do beautiful work! Thank you so much for linking up to It's a Party!
