Patriotic Newborn Dress

Front

Here is another dress for my chruch mission project.  I have been using up some left over yarn, and don't have enough to make it all one color, so I decided to make one red, white and blue.   I also crocheted the back button with the white.  Not all baby wear has to be pastels, right?

Pressing the "like" button. Its cute. And I would certainly say that NO not all baby clothes need to be pastels. My latest creation in all brown and grey and cream. I have not posted it yet as I want to add some felted decorations and my friend who it is for has issued me a challenge so it might take a while. LOL I was going to make a koala face but she wants a gum nut baby now. My only felting experience is a heartfelt ring which turned out a bit wonky so not sure how it will go BUT I do so love a challenge. :-)

This is, perhaps, my most slow-pokey week yet. My apologies for taking so long to get over here from “A Little Birdie Told Me..” to enjoy your post. It’s important to me to visit and really give my full attention to all the links, but as the party grows it’s taking more and more time. Thank you so much for bearing with me, and for continuing to share your talent at Rook No. 17!

Very pretty dress shown for newborn. Parents of newborn love to have dresses like this for their baby.
